We are pleased to present the September 2026 construction progress update for DoubleTree by Hilton Residences, Jumeirah Garden City. This month marks a significant phase in the project’s development as we transition from enabling works into active substructure construction — a milestone that signals the beginning of the building’s physical form taking shape beneath the surface.
Since commencement, the project has advanced with precision and discipline. Piling works are substantially complete, bulk excavation has been finalised across the full development footprint, and our tower crane is now operational — preparing the site for vertical construction in the months ahead. We are proud to report zero recordable safety incidents since project inception, reflecting our unwavering commitment to international construction standards.
We thank you for your continued confidence in this landmark development and look forward to sharing further progress as DoubleTree by Hilton Residences rises in one of Dubai’s most prestigious emerging districts.
WORKS IN PROGRESS
Current Construction Activities
Current construction activities include pile cap concreting and tie beam reinforcement, with waterproofing and protection board installation continuing in the remaining foundation areas. Backfilling and compaction are progressing in preparation for ground slab works, alongside underground water tank wall reinforcement and column reinforcement. The foundation for Tower Crane 02 has been cast.

What to Expect Next
In the coming months, the project will advance through the completion of blinding concrete across all remaining zones, followed by systematic pile-cap construction, tie-beam completion, and the commencement of raft foundation works. As the substructure phase concludes, the site will be prepared for superstructure construction — at which point the building will begin to rise above ground level.
