Through West F5 Investments LLC, Fortune 5 has entered into a franchise agreement with Marriott International to launch the Marriott Marquis Dubai. This premium hotel and serviced apartments complex marks the first phase of the Jewel of the Creek development, a project spearheaded by Dubai Developments. The property is leased by West F5 Investments LLC and managed by Aleph Hospitality, a Dubai-based independent hospitality management company.
